- Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
- Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering necessary medications and injections to Residents
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as required
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when needed
- Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output of Residents
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid LPN State license
- Good standing with State Registry

Hope Center is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Bronx, NY.
Compensation:Base rate: $30.13 per hour with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.
