Hope Center is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Bronx, NY.

Base rate: $30.13 per hour with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.

• Collecting required information from new Residents for admission
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
• Administering necessary medications and injections to Residents
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as required
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when needed
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output of Residents

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid LPN State license
• Good standing with State Registry
