Description

BAYADA Home Health Care has opportunities for RNs on the HICU Health Services team interested in assisting infants and children transition from hospital to home in Suffolk County, NY. This role offers a blend of critical care experience with the autonomy of home care.

Premium pay rates available: $55-60 per hour.

The HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurse works as part of a team to deliver skilled nursing care to clients transitioning from hospital to home. Responsibilities include providing quality care to clients and families, offering training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications for HICU Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurses:

Current RN license
At least one year of RN experience
NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
Demonstrated skills in various areas
Passing score on simulations
Current CPR certification
Teaching abilities
Weekend availability
Ability to travel within Suffolk County area
