Administer IV therapies in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Perform continuous patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed. Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards. Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care. Manage and maintain infusion equipment with utmost care and precision. Educate and support patients and families on infusion treatments and health management.


Qualifications:
Active ID nursing license and proven infusion experience. Expertise in IV therapy and patient care. Current CPR/BLS certification is a must. Ability to travel locally in Rexburg for patient visits. Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software tools.
