- Work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Directors to understand the vision and objectives of the diversity and inclusion programs.
- Assist in developing strategies and action plans to operationalize the programs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless integration of diversity and inclusion initiatives into existing processes and practices.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of the programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion Directors to engage key partners, including senior leadership, managers, and colleagues, in the programs.
- Support the development and delivery of communication materials to promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for partners seeking information or guidance on the programs.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and discussions to educate HR partners, colleagues and leaders about key initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data related to diversity and inclusion efforts, providing insights and recommendations to the Diversity and Inclusion Directors and HR Leadership.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates to communicate the impact and effectiveness of the programs to partners including HR, business leaders, and the D&I team.
- Collaborate with HR and analytics teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research, and methodologies in diversity and inclusion.
- Share insights and recommendations with the Diversity and Inclusion Directors to continually enhance and evolve the programs.
- Find opportunities for innovation and improvement in diversity and inclusion practices within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Sociology, Organizational Development) is required.
- Proven experience in supporting and implementing diversity and inclusion OR colleague engagement programs, preferably in a complex global environment.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion theories, and frameworks with willingness for change and curious mind set.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical approach with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
