    Sales Representative - Technology Training Solutions

    Location: Sandy Springs, In-Office
    Compensation: $40-60K base plus commission (initial 90 days with full commission thereafter)
    Benefits: Health and dental insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement plan with match, and ongoing training opportunities

    PrideStaff is working with a leading provider of innovative technology training solutions focused on the military/government vertical market as well as corporate clients. The expected total earning potential is $100K+ for an experienced and self-motivated representative.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage and develop a client portfolio, fostering relationships to uncover new business opportunities with new and existing clients. 
    • Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions. 
    • Present services to clients, articulating value to close sales and secure contracts. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. 
    • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities. 
    • Handle customer requests, proposals, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely collections.


    Qualifications:

    • Must-Have - 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT training. 
    • Must-Have - Experience selling to all levels within military and government organizations. 
    • Proficiency in responding to RFQs, preparing effective proposals, and submitting to government clients in the GSA market. 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
    • Strong CRM proficiency and self-motivation.
    • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 
    • Preferred - Familiarity with the technology sector's sales practices.
