    Responsibilities:
    Evaluate and contribute insights to the development and terms of the Prime Contract.
    Analyze and assess drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documents.
    Communicate issues effectively through written, graphical, and verbal means, coordinating activities as necessary.
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date document control, managing all contract documentation including RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
    Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships and communication channels within the project team.
    Review and optimize project estimates and work summaries.
    Oversee subcontractor, vendor, and material procurement processes.
    Draft subcontract agreements and material purchase orders.
    Establish project logistics and maintain project schedules.
    Monitor project job costs and oversee all financial aspects.
    Implement precise planning, communication, and monitoring strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
    Supervise and administer project changes as needed.
    Execute thorough punch-list completion procedures.
    Develop and maintain accurate record as-built drawings.
    Deliver an Operation & Maintenance Manual, inclusive of warranty documents, to the customer.
    Assist with other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    Required Knowledge:
    Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, including familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations. Proficiency in financial practices and accounting policies. Familiarity with relevant computer programs.

    Required Experience:
    Minimum of five (5) years managing projects within the construction industry.

    Skills/Abilities:
    Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate, manage, and lead others.
