Operations Coordinator - Chicago, United States - Freedman Seating
Description
The Operations Coordinator will provide support to the COO and managers within the company operations.Qualified candidates for this position must have a passion for excellence, outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to readily build relationships in person and/or over the phone.
ResponsibilitiesProcesses various reports for operations
Works with other departments in obtaining, organizing, and sharing information needed for operations
Investigate clerical anomalies and provide summary findings
Locate and provide various documents in an expedient manner
Assist with special projects, as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years work experience in an administrative support role
Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
Innovative problem solver, results minded and solution focused
Effective team player with the ability to work independently
Strong typing skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, a plus
