    Description

    Office Clerk

    Temp to hire

    Schedule: Mon-Friday 8-5pm

    Onsite in Kearny Mesa

    Wage: $23-$25/hr

    About the company: Small family owned, flooring distributor and installer. Under new management, this person will assist with the office operations.

    Objective: Ensure office operations run smoothly. Provide top tier customer service to potential customers, business partners and current customers. Assist with invoices, payments and manage orders/deliveries. Function as the assistant to the owner.

    Duties:

    -manage the office phone and emails

    -provide customers with order status updates

    -help customer place orders

    -collect payments

    -arrange shipments

    -manage office supply inventory

    -coordinate with distributor representatives

    -assist owner with administrative duties

    -maintain company databases

    -additional duties as requested

    Experience:

    -2 years of administrative and customer service experience

    -Google Suite or Microsoft Office Experience

    -Experience with QuickBooks and in the Flooring industry is a plus

    -Highschool diploma
