Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in organizing and monitoring project activities to ensure successful construction management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend weekly meetings and transcribe detailed minutes
Inspect construction site daily and coordinate with subcontractors
Review designs and drawings for materials and qualifications
Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, initiate RFIs if needed
Understand change order processes
Coordinate document processes between stakeholders
Prepare field design change requisitions and documentation records
Conduct value engineering functions
Attend meetings to coordinate efforts
Observe construction work in the field
Perform quantity takeoffs
Establish and complete project logs
Analyze and resolve construction process problems
Follow instructions and guidelines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Handle varied workload with ability to quickly learn new skills
Represent the company with professionalism

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
Knowledge of Procore or similar construction software
Knowledge of blueprint reading and scheduling software
Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus

Expected salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
