- Expert knowledge of MS Suite of products, especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management, organizational and oral/written communication skills.
- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify and strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Able to compile data from various sources and tell a story (excel spreadsheets) show gaps, projections, trends, etc.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
