    Description
    *Job Overview:

    We are seeking a Trade Compliance professional who will be an integral member of the Global Logistics/ Global Trade Operations (GTO) team responsible for performing the following trade compliance activities with project management emphasis.

    *Duties:
    • Leads, scopes, plans, executes, and delivers the assigned projects in a timely manner.
    • Develop and establish deliverables in project scope, tasks and timelines aligned to corporate objectives.
    • Interpret requirements and guidelines to business units and IT teams to develop process flows and system designs in Oracle Global Trade Module (GTM), Customs Management Module and/ or other boundary ERP systems.
    • Communicates milestones and manages escalations to GTO management.
    • Collaborate with IT to support development and implementation of new system capabilities.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to implement ERP projects and trade operational excellence tools to meet Global trade regulations and supply chain security requirements.
    • Review operational transactions and perform data analysis to streamline and standardize processes.
    • Conduct and support Project testing/ training to handle transactions for Denial Parties screening, Customs classifications (Harmonized Tariff Classification), Export Control Classification (ECCN), Compliance controls and review reports i.e., shipment portal, commercial invoice & packing list.
    • Produce performance reports, identify opportunities for process efficiencies/ improvements and root cause analysis.
    • Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions, and cross train peers.
    • Provide training to company personnel for the new system transaction processes and enhancements.
    • Basic/ Immediate data analytics skills.
    • Any other trade support services that will be assigned.
    *Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or any other equivalent expertise or Professional Certification such as PMP.
    • 3-5 Years Import/Export trade compliance or Project Management experience.
    • General/ Comprehensive knowledge of global logistics/trade operations and customs and trade compliance.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and building strong relationships.
    • Strong communication skills including written and verbal skills with the ability to ask questions of anyone.
    • Attention to detail and an ability to follow through with tasks, identify issues and communicate them effectively.
    • Must be flexible in adapting to changing program priorities, deadlines, tasks, and resource limitations.
    • Motivated individual who is a self-starter, a cooperative team player, and who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently.
    • Must be willing to share workload and responsibilities cooperatively with other team members to satisfactorily accomplish all program/project requirements/ roadmap.
    • Proficient in MS Office/ Productivity programs such as MS Excel, Word, Visio, Tableau, Smartsheets etc.
    • Ability to code like in perform queries in SQL/ Python is an added advantage.
