Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for regional market expansion and channel network development. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening regional operational frameworks to support sustainable business development and enhanced market presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Regional Market Expansion & Channel Development
- Identify opportunities in undeveloped regional markets and develop expansion plans.
- Establish and grow regional partnership networks.
- Build structured cooperation frameworks to ensure long-term stability.
Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to support regional planning.
Partnership Management
Maintain ongoing communication with regional partners.
- Strengthen collaboration engagement and long-term cooperation mechanisms.
- Support partners in aligning with company policies and operational standards.
Collect and report field insights to support strategic decision-making.
Regional Strategy Execution
Execute regional development strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure stable and sustainable regional business growth.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust territory development plans accordingly.
Provide regular performance and improvement reports.
Warehouse & Operational Coordination
Coordinate regional warehouse-related initiatives and resource planning.
- Implement inventory optimization and efficiency improvement programs.
- Enhance operational flow and distribution efficiency within the region.
Ensure regional initiatives comply with internal operational standards.
Brand Presence & Market Influence
Strengthen brand visibility within assigned territories.
- Expand channel coverage and regional footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional brand-building initiatives.
- Enhance overall regional market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, channel management, or regional expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable plans.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
