As a Clinical Liaison joining the team at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, you'll play a key role in initiating one-on-one dialog with potential referral sources and maintaining strong relationships with current referral sources.+Responsibilities+
- Assist and coordinate in-take and pre-admission screening process.
- Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission.
