    We seek candidates who exhibit an understanding and commitment to the community college mission, dedicated to excellence in teaching and learning, and passionate for student success. Part-time adjunct faculty positions are temporary and do not accrue rights to tenure. Classified as a Hispanic Serving Institution, we serve a diverse community of learners. The ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about and implement equitable learning and teaching methods appropriate to serve students from all backgrounds, demographics and experiences. Responsibilities include comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students, collecting and submitting data on student learning objectives as needed, and teaching face-to-face classes. A completed online application, cover letter, resume, equity narrative, unofficial transcripts, and equivalency documents (if claiming equivalency) must be submitted. Foreign degree evaluations are also required. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not assure an interview.


    Part-time adjunct faculty assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, Hanford Educational Center, or Tulare College Center.
