- Directs & coordinates all activities within the physician offices.
- Develops & maintains operational & capital expenditure budgets including timely explanation & corrective action plans to resolve budget variances.
- Monitors the status of patient billing, collections & days outstanding in accounts receivable including timely explanation as required by the CFO.
