    **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

    Fields inbound/forwarded restaurant phone calls, answers questions, and coordinates the scheduling of all events for assigned restaurants.

    Gathers all relevant information (quotes, terms, dates, party size, etc.) from the Guest to tailor the event to the Guests needs.

    Coordinates the event with the local restaurant, communicating all event details to the local Restaurant Manager, and passing Guest contact on to the Restaurant Manager.

    Engages in ongoing prospecting, cold calling and upselling to secure banquets and on-premises catering events for the restaurants they support.

    Engage virtually with members of the community to identify opportunities for Private Dining or catering events, pursuing the lead, and closing the deal.

    If you have strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, are organized, have a high attention to detail, have strong interpersonal skills, are passionate about Guest delight, are able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and are able to pass a verifiable background check, you may be a strong fit for this role.

    If you have a High School Diploma or GED, have experience working in a call-center environment, have experience in hospitality or restaurants, and the discipline to work remotely and meet strong performance metrics, you may have what we are looking for.

    This position can be remote from Manhattan, Melville, Troy and Cincinnati.
