    Description

    Job Title: Engineer (Commercial Power) at JFL Consulting, LLC

    Location: Reston, VA

    JFL Consulting, LLC is in search of a skilled Engineer with expertise in setting up, operating, and maintaining large power systems for energy-intensive industries like U.S. Military Bases.

    With over two decades of experience in securing critical networks for the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, JFL Consulting, LLC delivers top-notch solutions to various U.S. Government and commercial clients, focusing on meeting each client's specific needs with superior products and best industry practices.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Alternatively, minimum five (5) years of relevant operational experience can be considered.
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience in designing, installing, maintaining, or repairing industrial power systems and associated mechanical support systems.
    • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for producing technical reports, presentations, and delivering briefings to diverse audiences.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting engineering or utility departments in commercial or military installations, facilities, or vessels such as ship's engine rooms.
    • Experience in supporting nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing facilities.

    Other Requirements:

    • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
    • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% with short notice.
