    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (BA) with Project Management (PM) capabilities to play a pivotal role in our organization's ambitious digital transformation journey.

    This individual will be instrumental in requirement gathering, driving cultural change, and navigating the overhaul of our legacy systems towards innovative solutions.

    The role demands a blend of analytical prowess, project oversight, and a knack for digital marketing, reflecting a dynamic workload that spans across software development, UI/UX design, and strategic marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead requirement gathering efforts, adeptly documenting processes, capturing screenshots, and delineating project specifics to ensure clarity and actionable insights.

    Function as a "Velvet Hammer," skillfully navigating the organization's cultural dynamics and entrenched processes to foster change without disrupting the strong existing culture.

    Manage projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes, while also providing guidance to team members, notably in managing workload and priorities for key personnel.

    Champion the digital conversion process, acting as a linchpin across various facets of the transformation, including software development, UI/UX improvements, and digital marketing strategies.

    Engage deeply with software work, contributing to and overseeing the development, quality assurance, and integration of new systems and tools, including a new Sage ERP system and Exigo for back-office operations.

    Drive forward momentum in projects by identifying key organizational knowledge holders, documenting vital information, and managing the project's strategic direction and operational execution.

    Requirements


    Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong project management skills, capable of balancing a 70% BA and 30% PM workload.

    Exceptional ability to document requirements, manage projects, and drive cultural change within an organization.
    Experience with Jira/Atlassian and familiarity with Agile, Kanban methodologies.
    Ability to work effectively in a fully remote capacity, adhering to Pacific time zone schedules.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with executive teams and across departments to secure buy-in and facilitate high-level strategic planning.

    Prepared to engage with outsourced teams and QA to ensure alignment and project success.
