    Description

    Job title:- Alliance Manager

    Location:- 100% remote

    Duration:- 6 months

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Manage the end to end execution and success of specific sales plays in the US.


    • Work with Regional Cloud Leads (RCLs) who manage co-sell to understand the business priorities of each sales region and identify sales plays that generate new logo and expansion opportunities.


    • Identify the cross-functional team and owners for sales play creation. This will consist of partner marketing, operations, and enablement.


    • Create a project tracker to monitor progress and drive accountability.


    • Kick off the sales play team to align on scope, messaging, and assets.


    • Lead daily huddle meetings to monitor progress and quickly address roadblocks.


    • Organize and facilitate working sessions on specific sales play assets.


    • Review, edit, and give feedback on content.


    • Package assets for publication on internal enablement portal (Compass) and internal enablement portal (Wisdom).


    • Assist RCLs to schedule and deliver enablement sessions to sales teams.


    • Work with partner marketing and operations to develop campaign identifiers and dashboards.


    • Prepare analysis and data for RCL report outs to sales managers.


    • Manage the sales Win Wire process, intake, and development of sales.


    • Manage the internal sales enablement platform with content, layout, and updates.

    Qualifications


    • 5-7 years of alliance management, sales enablement, partner enablement, program management experience in a sales supporting role.


    • Experience collaborating with sales and partner sales teams.


    • Experience in content review, edit, and feedback a must.


    • Salesforce CRM experience is a must.


    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment.


    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    • Strong meeting facilitation and diligent documentation skills.
