Job summary
The Tiger Team Technician II is responsible for working with a small group of individuals in the day to day support of regional operations. This Role is responsible for performing a variety of work including generator bearing exchange, up tower gearbox repairs, pitch ram exchange, yaw drive exchange,troubleshooting, training and safety exercises.
This job also maintains accountability and readiness of tools equipment and vehicles; provides technical guidance to the O&M team; maintains records of service activities;
and helps maintain the work ethic and culture of the organization.
- Assure that all activities are performed in a safe manner consistent with policies and procedures established for the wind farm site.
- This includes wearing essential safety equipment including a personal fall arrest system as well as identifying potential hazards on the job
