- Full-time position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Exciting sign-on bonus available, up to $30,000!
- Responsibilities entail assessing patient needs, creating care plans, and delivering care in alignment with standards and physician orders.
- Developing and executing patient education strategies
- Collaborating with the healthcare team for seamless care delivery
- Establishing strong relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with EMR usage
- Provide expertise and guidance to staff on quality care standards
- Leadership duties during Director or CNO absences
- Planning and achieving unit goals based on experience and judgment
- Work schedule involves 3 twelve-hour shifts on varying days
- Valid MS RN license
- Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred
