- Serve as first point of contact for customers in need of technical assistance.
- Provide basic IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
- Provide updates to customers on their open tickets, as needed.
- Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a timely manner.
- Follow proper procedures when necessary to escalate tickets.
- Consistently record time spent on calls/tickets in time keeping system.
- Log steps and actions taken to complete ticket in ticketing system.
- 1+ years' experience in a help desk / customer service support role
- Strong communication skills and a courteous, customer service demeanor
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in Windows operating system
