Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala in Ocala, Florida

Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the dynamic and collaborative team at AdventHealth Ocala. Join an Anesthesia Care Team comprised of 8 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs. At AdventHealth Ocala, we value our employees and encourage work/life balance.

The Chief CRNA duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Scheduling

-Staff development

-Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attending recruiting events

-Liaison with hospital leaders

-Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital

-Participate in leadership and development activities

-Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews

-Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Highlights of this opportunity include:

-Newly Increased Compensation

-$100K Date Bonus with 3-year commitment

-Annual Case Volume of 12K-14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite

-OB Volume: 2,500 annually

-Case Mix: General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds. No Trauma, No Open Hearts.

-Flexible scheduling 8s, 10s, 12, 16s, and 24s in OB

-Anesthetist perform a full range of procedures, including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals
