Position Overview:
We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead our close-knit team.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, supervisor, and administrative staff

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and order fulfillment

Process Optimization:
Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Quality Assurance:
Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping

Safety Compliance:
Implement safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment

Vendor Relations:
Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to streamline logistics

Performance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery

Budget Management:
Control expenses within budgetary guidelines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a distribution center manager or similar role.
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
