    Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a 3PL Administrator (Logistics Administrator) in Baltimore, Maryland This is a full time, in-person, temp-to-hire position. If you are looking to further your experience with a global logistics company, we encourage you to apply today

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine if items need to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped
    • Record information into the system regarding items shipped and received
    • Help to provide information to clients or to management as far as inventory management and inventory auditing
    • Work closely with supervisor and manager to keep processes running smoothly

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of transportation and logistics, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
    • Administrative and customer service experience
    • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with word, outlook, and excel
    • Ability to acquire a TSA certification if needed (background check)
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Compensation

    • This is a temp-to-hire position paying 18-20/hr depending on experience
    • This position is located in Essex, MD (considering candidates in the greater Baltimore area)
    • Hours for this position are 7am to 4 pm
