The Department of Conservation & Natural Resources seeks a Permanent Maintenance Repairman 2 to perform skilled journey-level work across various trades including building, mechanical, electrical plumbing welding masonry carpentry.
This role involves performing tasks such as reaching out to vendors gathering price quotes calculating costs estimating man-hours preparing documentation overseeing semi-skilled laborers and other team members throughout project execution.
- Two years experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title; or Four years experience in building plant maintenance work involving at least two building electrical or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience training that affords applicant with Required Knowledges Skills Abilities.
