- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during designated shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning duties to team members based on business needs and labor budget.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash handling and reconciling sales reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems and computer software.
