    We are looking to add to our customer service team. We serve our customers by fulfilling orders and interacting with them to provide information in response to questions and concerns by phone or email.     Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Process, monitor, track and support high level customer orders/changes/returns according to established company policies and procedures.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
    • Track customer payments and support Accounts Receivable.
    • Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
    • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service and company quality expectations.
    • Manage inbound customer calls/emails and provide appropriate and correct information to incoming customer order status requests.
    • Maintain positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
    • Minimum 2 years experience working for a government contractor with state and/or Federal contracts.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience/proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software suite.
    • Minimum of 4 years customer service experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external people.
    • Working knowledge of basic mathematical principles.
    • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot billing problems.
    • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Willingness to collaborate with other professionals and departments within the company.
    • Strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
    • Dependable and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in administration or finance.
