In-House Training Program + Manufacturer training & events Competitive Pay with Productivity/Shift Incentive Plans ASE, OEM & CDL Pay Incentives Comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision Life Short Term Disability Insurance available for employee and family Paid Vacation Holidays Bereavement Leave Jury Duty Leave On Site Wellness Program teamed with Wake Forest Baptist Health Sponsorship Program Safe Work Environments Flexible Scheduling The major duties responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order Road tests vehicles when required Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs schools and events Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor Ensures that customers vehicles are kept clean Notifies Supervisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle Keeps shop area neat and clean Maintains accountable for all dealership-owned tools computers manuals paper electronic Returns them properly place same condition received Understands keeps abreast complies federal state local regulations hazardous waste disposal OSHA Right-to-Know etc Operates all tools equipment safe manner Reports safety issues immediately management Must able fulfill essential functions consistent alertness safe manner
