    The Supply Chain Management team plays a crucial role in enabling the rest of the organization to deliver on our contractual obligations, perform maintenance and overhaul activities efficiently and keep the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    We are responsible for Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, Warehousing, and Material & Inventory Planning.

    Financial Analyst to join our team.

    This role will be a pivotal contributor to the success of our business by pushing our organization to continuously increase our value by demonstrating improvement in process, efficiencies, transparency, reducing cost, and increasing profitability.

    Essential to the success of the Financial Analyst role, you will develop critical metrics that identify areas of improvement, including root cause analysis, implementing solutions, and monitoring progress towards our goals - all while staying within budget

    Specific responsibilities include the following:

    • Develop and maintain important metrics using Digital Tools to identify problem areas and drive process improvement within organization
    • Create annual budgets, monthly tracking, and analysis of expenses to eliminate over-spending
    • Develop and maintain reports to demonstrate optimal we are improving economies of scale in our Supply Chain and identifying commonalities to optimize our cost.
    • Analyze Inventory trends and assist in developing a forward-looking planning process that allows our Maintenance team to perform on our contractual obligations while at the same time reducing our stock levels.
    • Team up with our Strategic Procurement group to lead identification of cost savings ideas that generate $9M on Contribution to Net Income
    • Develop and maintain dynamic and automated reports that demonstrate our Inventory on-hand is at the optimal level and continuously drives for improvement
    • Lead monthly critical metric review with SCM Management team
    • Cost Center and Headcount controlling.
    • Policing process and transactions to ensure adherence to Guidelines and Policies
    • Lead Month End Close activities (i.e., Journal Entries, Analysis, Reconciliations) for SCM
    • Support Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, Inventory Management and Warehouse departments with all financial related topics
    • Prepare Monthly Financial Reporting Package for Management meetings.
    • Monitor appropriate Labor bookings to projects and provide transparency

    To thrive in this role, you will have a strong skillset of Digitalization and Automation Tools with a background in Finance and experience in Supply Chain Management.

    Experience in monthly close activities, budgeting/forecasting, various types of financial analysis is required, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

    Experience with SAP desired.
