The Infrastructure Program Manager is the most senior professional level position in the Project Management family Responsible for the project management and/or development of the company's largest, most complex and critical energy supply and utility infrastructure projects Utilizes advanced and specialized development and/or project management skills and techniques to successfully execute assigned projects Develops strategies for implementation and manages execution Represents PSE to agencies municipalities media key customers and the public Leads teams of PSE employees contractor resources through all stages of a project from development through construction close-out Utilizes leading practices for project management provides technical expertise to others regarding leading practices approaches in managing projects consultants contractors Upholds safety compliance standards inherent work responsibilities Promotes supports culture total safety Demonstrates commitment conduct business honestly ethically consistent core values Code Conduct Ensures duties performed accordance regulatory compliance obligations The Program Manager will be office-based hybrid schedule but regular overnight travel remote job sites monthly person meetings required Travel estimated week month This job considered safety sensitive defined RCW subject pre-employment drug screening presence marijuana marijuana metabolites
