We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Processor to join our team at Platinum National Title LLC in Clearwater FL This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the Title Insurance processing position The Junior Processor will need to accurately handle many office administrative tasks including but not limited to assisting our Senior Processors in processing their files from order entry through post-closing Ideal candidates will have some title insurance experience but a foundational understanding of computers Microsoft Outlook and Suites and email etiquette with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service is essential If you are a quick learner who is looking for a place where you can feel at home grow in your career and build a future we would love to talk to youResponsibilities
- Assist in processing real estate closings from order entry through post-closing
- Order payoffs and lien releases
- Order Estoppel Letters for each file
