Welcome to the hottest new dining and entertainment destination in Charlotte SupperClub SouthEnd Our unique concept combines innovative design, contemporary Southern American Cuisine, and a thrilling blend of games, live music, and nightlife all under one roof. With eight 40 FLYN DUCKS duckpin bowling lanes, two 8 Brunswick Black Wolf Pro pool tables, air hockey, shuffleboard, and an array of board and card games, SupperClub redefines dining and nightlife in the SouthEnd area.

Position: Experienced Cook

As an Experienced Cook at SupperClub SouthEnd, you will play a vital role in crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Your culinary skills will shine as you prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes for our esteemed guests. Your passion for delivering high-quality food and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our exceptional team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and serving spaces to uphold safe and hygienic food-handling practices.
Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients by tracking inventory, rotating stock, and conducting regular quality checks.
Regulate wood oven and grill temperatures to ensure precise cooking and storage of food items.
Follow recipes or use your culinary expertise to season and cook food to perfection.
Monitor cooking progress and ensure even cooking by turning or stirring foods as needed.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a restaurant cook is preferred.
Possess or be willing to attain ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address guest needs.
Capable of lifting items weighing 30 pounds or more.
Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8+ hours).
