- Managing and enhancing the business finance and accounting system following Group guidelines.
- Leading consolidated reporting and analysis activities in collaboration with the CALIDA GROUP Controlling Team in Switzerland.
- Building strong internal networks across various departments to stay informed about business drivers affecting financial performance.
- Analyzing monthly financial statements, identifying variances, suggesting measures, and adjusting forecasts accordingly.
- Producing financial dashboards and reporting packages for the Executive Management & Group Controlling Team.
- Overseeing tax-related matters for all Group companies, including tax returns and sales tax topics.
- Advising the Group CFO and SLT colleagues on strategic financial management.
- Participating in strategic decision-making and operational management as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Preparing and interpreting management reports to understand and improve financial performance.
- Developing financial models to monitor profitability and health of the business channels.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop the annual operating budget.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance controls, and optimize data management.
- Leading subordinates towards clear objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance Planning & Analysis.
- Excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a drive for optimization and automatization.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
