The position of Revenue Integrity Specialist is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of healthcare data. This role involves ensuring that all clinical charge capture processes are properly aligned with regulations, policies, and procedures. The specialist will work closely with various departments to synchronize data between billing systems and management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the Keck Medical Center Charge Description Master (CDM), ensuring timely updates for Medicare and third-party payers.
• Reviewing requests for new code additions, correcting revenue code to CPT/HCPCS mismatches, and implementing identified changes within current systems.
• Leading meetings involving Operations Leaders, Revenue Auditors, Clinical Department Staff, and Gatekeepers to address compliance issues related to government regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

In order to excel as a Senior Revenue Integrity Specialist at USC Health System you must have strong analytical skills.
You should possess an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
