Job Summary and Responsibilities
RN Campus Float Pool III
Become a highly valued, adaptable Registered Nurse in our Campus Float Pool. This unique role at CHI Health offers an unparalleled opportunity to rapidly expand your clinical skills by caring for diverse patient populations across multiple departments and modalities. Earn significant tiered premium differentials for your versatility, plus standard night/weekend pay.
Tier one: works a single modality/level of care in multiple departments-10% differential
Tier two: works two modalities/levels of care in multiple departments-15% differential
Tier three: works in three modalities/levels of care in multiple departments-20% differential
You'll deliver exceptional patient care, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and educate families, all while advancing your expertise in a supportive environment.

Job Requirements
- Active RN license (NE, IA, or compact)
- BLS required
- ACLS required (within 5 months)
- 1+ year RN experience preferred
- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
