    03rd April, 2024The CompanyOur Client is a boutique experiential agency and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in a FT capacity.

    This is a an exciting opportunity for a stellar account and client services professional looking to work with an experiential agency delivering events and brand experiences for leading brands.

    The RoleThe Account Manager will report to the Account Director, working with key clients and stakeholders across a large portfolio of events, conferences, and brand experiences.

    The role will be responsible for supporting the client and working cross-collaboratively across the company to support the delivery of the event.

    The Account Manager must have a proven background in event production, account management and client relations within the experiential space and be passionate about driving business and working to ensure the highest level outcome for all clients.


    Key responsibilities will include:


    Supporting the accounts team and senior leadership in driving the vision, strategy and direction of the account and ensuring all projects and deliverables are in line with the client's goals and expectationsCultivating and managing the day to day client and customer relationships and communicationsStaff managementCollaborate with internal and external teams (both on-site and remotely) in delivering the event campaign from conception to executionCollaborate across company departments (sales, production, creative) to ensure deliverables are in line with clients' goalsIdentifying and understanding objectives for key clients and stakeholdersNegotiating and securing contractsTracking and managing budgets, schedules and project timelinesUndertake extensive reporting with clients post event to ensure ROIAttend live, virtual and hybrid events to leverage networking opportunities and generate leadsStay abreast of competitors and trends in the industryReports to the Account DirectorThis Job is Ideal for Someone who has 4-8 years experience in account management and client management within the experiential, B2C events and brand experience spaceStaff management experienceAgency background requiredClient focused mindsetExceptional experience managing, writing and responding to Client briefs and RFPsExperience working with internal and external stakeholders including event operations, technical, marketing and creative teamsProven experience being the voice for the company and maintaining exceptional client relationshipsProven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyStrong project management skillsStrong attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for resultsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environmentExcellent computer skillsExcellent time management and problem solving skillsStrong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced agency environment.

    The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for eventsLocal and interstate travel may be requiredBachelor's Degree preferredThe anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits, dependent on experience.

    The package is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations.
