Job Description

This position is for a customer service representative to help with policy retention for insurance agency in Chowchilla. Your duties will consist of answering the phone, contacting lapsed policy holders to re-instate, interviewing new candidates over the phone, and making calls to prospective agents, so great phone etiquette is a MUST. 1 year of customer service is required and you must be proficient in excel.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4:00 PM. We provide health benefits after your probationary period.

Starting Pay: $17-$22 per hour based on performance
