    Several available positions will require candidates to provide Strategic Guidance toDepartment of the Navy leadership in the areas of financial management, business systemconsolidation, and audit readiness support.

    These positions will support strategicdecision making across the Department of the Navy and contribute to making theDepartment of the Navy audit ready.

    We are seeking candidates who will provide strategic guidance and technical assistance toDON leadership for all phases of audit preparation, remediation, and response in supportof joint Navy and USMC auditability goals.

    Candidates will contribute towards ajoint Navy and USMC enterprise strategy in order to achieve full financial statementauditability, that aligns the USMC efforts to DON strategies and timelines, includingthe DON Audit Roadmap.

    Additionally, the candidate will support strategiccommunications and coordination of enterprise stakeholders in support of DON integratedaudit remediation efforts and provide advice and coordination to operationalize OASN(FM&C) audit remediation strategy, including auditability goals, budgetary reformefforts, systems consolidation, data transformation, and workforce initiatives.

    We also have several positions where we are seeking candidates to provide strategicguidance to Department of the Navy leadership in the areas of audit relevant systemsconsolidation strategy.

    Candidates will support the refinement, alignment, andoperationalization of the DON Audit Relevant Systems Consolidation Strategy tosuccessfully integrate USMC and Navy systems consolidation efforts.

    Candidateswill align, coordinate, and implement the phased consolidation of USMC and Navy systemsin accordance with auditability goals, the DON Audit Roadmap, the DON Audit RelevantSystems Consolidation Action Plan (SCAP), and other strategic documents and plans.

    Additionally, candidates will provide analysis and advice in support of refinement ofthe DON's Audit Relevant Systems Consolidation Strategy, the DON's target-stateFinancial Management system architecture, and support key decisions regarding the DONAudit Relevant systems consolidation issues.

    Functional Responsibility:

    Responsible for the completion of all aspects of the projectas delegated by management.
    Minimum Experience:

    Experience in financial statement compilation and reporting processas well as audit response and remediation in accordance with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and/or Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards(SFFAS).

    Years of Experience:

    Candidate must have 2 years of full-time (excluding internships)experience within the past 5 years of progressive experience in the accounting field ofFederal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college oruniversity in Business, Accounting or Finance.

    • Level II Accountant/ Financial Manager (CPA)
    Functional Responsibility:

    Apply technical expertise and skills to implement businesssolutions. Level II Accountant/ Financial Managers are directed to exercise core skillson projects, or they may direct small teams.
    Minimum Experience:

    Experience in financial statement compilation and reporting processas well as audit response and remediation in accordance with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and/or Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards(SFFAS).

    Years of Experience:

    Candidate must have 5 years of full-time (excluding internships)experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience in the accounting field ofFederal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college oruniversity in Business, Accounting or Finance.
    Minimum Certification:

    Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by a Statelicensing agency.
    Functional Responsibility:

    Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills toimplement business solutions.

    Level IIIs provide direction to project teams and interactwith FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head Level.

    Minimum Experience:

    Experience in financial statement compilation and reporting processas well as audit response and remediation in accordance with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and/or Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards(SFFAS).

    Years of Experience:

    Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of full-time (excludinginternships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providingaccounting services to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college oruniversity in Business, Accounting or Finance.

    • Level III Accountant/ Financial Manager (CPA)
    Functional Responsibility:

    Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills toimplement business solutions.

    Level IIIs provide direction to project teams and interactwith FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head Level.

    Minimum Experience:

    Experience in financial statement compilation and reporting processas well as audit response and remediation in accordance with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) and/or Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards(SFFAS).

    Years of Experience:

    Candidate must have a minimum of full-time (excluding internships) 7years of experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providingaccounting services to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

    Threeyears of this experience must be in a management capacity.
    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college oruniversity.
    Minimum Certification:

    Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by a Statelicensing agency.
    This individual is a Lead Personnel on the Task Order responsible for the primaryinterface for Government Leadership.
    Functional Responsibility:

    Performs independent quality assurance reviews of programperformance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are met.

    Responsibility for on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers andfindings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations.

    Recognized experts in the area of accounting and financial management. Leads overallstrategy of the engagement.
    Minimum Experience:

    Experience leading the development and successful execution ofstrategies in preparation for financial statement audits of a Fortune 500 company, or aFederal agency that resulted in a clean audit opinion OR

    Experience leading a successful execution of the audit process as the Independent PublicAccountant (IPA) of a Fortune 500 company, or a Federal agency that ultimately receiveda clean audit opinion.

    Years of Experience:

    Candidate must have a minimum of 13 years of experience within thepast 15 years of progressive experience providing accounting services to the FederalGovernment agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

    Five years of this experience must be in amanagement capacity.
    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college oruniversity.
    Minimum Certification:

    Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by a Statelicensing agency.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Familiarity with DON FMand Logistics Systems preferred.
    The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended underan injunction pending further litigation.
