- Lead production of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Drawings using Revit.
- Develop plans in Revit for projects.
- Coordinate with design team, contractors, and consultants.
- Organize and store project files efficiently.
- Review existing plans and gather site data for design.
- Participate in field visits and support design efforts.
- Ensure quality through QA/QC processes.
- Conduct site observations and generate reports.
- Travel to project sites across Texas.
- Manage CAD/Revit coordination and production.
- 3+ years of experience with MEP Revit.
- 4+ years of CAD/MEP experience in the AEC industry.
- Degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF/Bluebeam, and related software.
- Construction experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- US citizenship or eligibility to work in the US.
