Job summary
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Edge Fitness Clubs. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for maintaining managerial oversight of the front desk department and communicating regularly with department heads regarding performance.
+Responsibilities
- Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk department (Front Desk Personnel and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department
- Recruits, interviews and ultimately makes the decision to hire new front desk employees into the club
- Schedules all front desk employees to ensure the club is staffed properly to hit their goals while staying within the parameters of the payroll budgets
