Director of Med Surg Oncology - Atlantis, FL
Salary:$97,926 per year - $122,408 per year(based on leadership experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (including rotating weekends)

We invite you to apply for the role of Director of Med Surg Oncology at our 558-bed acute care facility. As the Director, you will oversee the Med Surg Oncology unit, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality patient care. Located in Atlantis, near the beautiful coastal cities of Lake Worth and Boynton Beach, our facility offers a dynamic work environment in a scenic location.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the nursing unit's operations, focusing on quality improvement, fiscal productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient unit operation, optimizing resource use to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Act as a liaison between patients, their representatives, physicians, and staff to maintain high-quality care.
• Lead, plan, and manage department staff to ensure quality service delivery around the clock.

Qualifications:

• BSN required; OCN certification needed.
• Must have BLS and ACLS certification.
• ‍ RN or APRN licensure.
• 3-5 years of Med-Surg Oncology RN experience at the staff level & 2-3 years of leadership experience within a Med-Surg Oncology unit. Director level experience preferred.
• Must have recent acute care experience.
