As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing the work of the deployment team and dispatching tickets to our services desk members while maintaining clear records within AbeTech systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage client orders through services departmentAllocate deployment technicians for projectsDispatch Service Desk ticketsAssist in monitoring client inventory RequirementsAn ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail is a requirementAbility to multitask and prioritize daily dutiesStrong organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional teamsClient focusedUnderstanding urgency and ability to instill in othersDemonstrated ability to think on your feet and make quick decisionsA high school degree or equivalent is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and PSA Software Salary Description $ $24.
