Randstad has partnered with a growing company in the Northeast Metro to recruit for their CNC Machinist/Programmer position. We're searching for highly skilled Prototype Machinists/Programmers. What they're looking for: 1st Shift Mill Machinist AND a 2nd Shift Mill/Lathe Machinist Pay Range: $30-$48/hr MUST be able to program using Gibbscam or Esprit (OR extensively skilled using Solidworks or Mastercam) MUST be comfortable with complicated setups and tight tolerances ABOUT THE COMPANY: They're estimated to grow 50% by the end of 2025. They're investing in new machinery: Citizen Swiss and Mazak Mill/Lathe The company prides themselves on producing incredibly high quality medical parts (tight tolerances) This is a job shop environment that requires prototype machining along with some long run, frequent orders

salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

What they're looking for:
1st Shift Mill Machinist AND a 2nd Shift Mill/Lathe Machinist
Pay Range: $30-$48/hr

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

standing for 4 hours at one time

CNC (5 years of experience is preferred)

GibbsCAM (5 years of experience is preferred)

Esprit (5 years of experience is preferred)

Continuous Improvement (1 year of experience is preferred)
