We pride ourselves as the door opening experts not simply a construction material supplier Our family owned operated company is currently seeking an Estimator to join our team at our Dallas Location The Estimating Department is the lifeline of our growing business This position is scheduled Monday Thursday am – pm and Friday am – pm with occasional overtime required Job Responsibilities Perform take-offs identify relevant drawings details review specifications Identify door hardware products that gives us a competitive advantage while still meeting project requirements Efficiently communicate work with customers vendors architects to be sure we are providing best solution meet needs project Provide clear precise proposal customer Follow-up on all bids ensure customer happy scope price Preferred Experience reading plans & specifications Experience using industry specific estimating software Comsense Pro-tech Familiar Construction Industry Requirements Must least years age Excellent oral written communication skills Proficient computer skills Excel Word Outlook Bluebeam Excellent mathematical aptitude problem-solving skills Ability effectively perform advanced fast-paced environment individually part team Needs self-motivated strong work ethic positive helpful demeanor excellent customer service skills Must pass drug alcohol screen successfully complete random screens Benefits Competitive compensation bonuses Medical Dental Vision Insurance Company paid life insurance Long-Term Disability hours paid time off year paid holidays Supplemental/Voluntary Insurance Life Accident Critical Illness Short-Term Disability Advancement Opportunity grow career
