    Description
    We are currently working with a great manufacturing company to fill an Accounting Supervisor/Manager position. This position will supervise all aspects of financial reporting, GL maintenance including month-end close, and fixed assets management. Additionally, this position will manage the day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit management. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $140,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Manage the timely preparation of the monthly financial package. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and other process controls to help ensure the reliability of the financial statements. Prepare and maintain an \"accounting manual\" clearly defining and documenting our internal control policies, processes, and procedures. Review and ensure the accurate statement of intercompany entries and foreign currency accounting. Review worldwide payroll reports for reasonableness, inquiring where necessary on non-recurring changes for proper authorization. Troubleshoot operational accounting functions and postings from billing, cash application, and accounts payable. Coordinate the international statutory financial statement process.

    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Collaborative working style and team player Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 6 years of relevant accounting experience from both public accounting and industry sectors Certified Public Accounting (CPA) preferred with CPA firm assurance experienc Preferred strong knowledge of NetSuite on intermediate accounting functions including consolidations and currency translation adjustments (CTA) Strong understanding and knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls REF 46246 LI-POST
