- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Michigan Teaching Certification with Special Education endorsement.
