    Your responsibilities will include:
    Craft, enhance, and evolve dashboards pivotal for daily decision-making and optimization efforts.
    Conduct in-depth analysis of data spanning Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Retail, and Strategy, pinpointing avenues for enhancement and expansion.
    Conceptualize and deploy data models tailored to meet the organization's diverse business needs.
    Spearhead the establishment of rigorous data quality assurance protocols, ensuring datasets uphold impeccable standards of precision, comprehensiveness, and uniformity.
    Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data strategies that harmonize with organizational objectives, fostering alignment and progress.

    Your Skills and Experience
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics
    Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
    Familiarity with statistical concepts and exposure to tools such as Python or R.
    Hands-on experience with tools such as DBT or Snowflake.
    Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with a logical, structured, and analytical mindset.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and insights.
    Proven interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    Excellent time management and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    Bonus points for experience or passion in startup or e-commerce environments.
