Job Summary
Responsible for receiving sorting storing taking inventory keeping records and organizing for the shipping of merchandise examined or stored in the warehouse Employees will also be responsible for operating forklifts pallet jacks and carts Duties And Responsibilities Filling and shipping customer orders Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation Receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged Receiving quality control Checking that the materials coming in house are correct per the manifest without defects Supervise personnel in department to effectively motivate delegate monitor activities performance safety Provide on going floor support troubleshoot issues throughout day Establish maintain effective relationships associates peers managers Prepare maintain variety of records prepare reports as required Operate demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment requesting repairs when necessary Maintains safe clean work environment by keeping shelves floors work stations neat clean Follow established safety procedures techniques perform job duties Perform other duties assigned
