- Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.
- Contributes to department goals as defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.).
- Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.
- Maintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members.
- Articulates compliance documentation and ensures completion of required patient consent forms.
- Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

The Patient Access Rep III will work with the diagnostic breast center team and will be responsible for retrieving prior imaging, loading images into PACS system, and creating reading sessions for radiologist.
